5 months old

I have been really busy lately. I went to see the Nutcracker at the Fox Theatre and sat in the Comerica box. I really liked the music and the costumes! I have been Christmas shopping several times and really like it. I have also been having some fun play dates with my friends.

Jump-a-roo!

I am now five months old! I am having a great time. My favorite thing to do is jump in my jump-a-roo!

My first visit to the DAC

My mommy and daddy took me to the Detroit Athletic Club for the first time. I wore a fancy velvet and satin dress, my fancy shoes and a furry coat! We brought my friend Sophia and her family and we had a wonderful time. We had our picture taken with Santa, listened to carolers, and Sophia and I watched while the mommies and daddies ate a lot of food. We don't have our picture with Santa yet, but here are some pictures of our fun night!

In search of the perfect Christmas Tree....

On Saturday my mommy and daddy attempted to plan a wonderful day for me! They researched a place where we could pick out our own tree and later plant it in our yard. We planned to meet Santa, feed reindeer, drink hot cocoa and go for a hay ride. It sounded perfect...the reality was much different! We drove for forty minutes and the didn't have the plantable trees. The selection of trees to cut down was terrible and mommy and I had to go to the car after we took the pictures because it was so cold. Daddy walked around by himself and ended up getting an over priced tree that was already cut down!

The good news was that we did meet Santa, feed the reindeer and drink hot cocoa... and the tree actually looks great!

A night out in Royal Oak

On the Saturday after Thanksgiving I went out to a restaurant with my mom and dad, Aunt Christa and Uncle Bryce and good friends Kate and Kenny. We had a great time! Luckily I had my hair under control that night unlike the night before when I was sweating and my daddy blew my hair dry!

Thanksgiving at the Kenny's

This year we had Thanksgiving at my Nana and Papa's house. My Aunt Christa and Uncle Bryce came in from Chicago and my Thea Georgea and Theo Dennis from New Jersey were there too! My Yia Yia and Papou came too. My 95 year old great grandmother Ahnie was also there and I liked sitting with her. I had a lot of fun laughing at my silly aunts and watching my cousins play!

Family Fun in Frankenmuth

I was sooo...lucky to spend five days with my Thea Georgea and Theo Dennis and my first cousins Kaysen and Tia!!! I love them all so much and we had a great time playing and laughing at Yia Yia and Papou's house! I also went to Frankenmuth for the first time and I loved it! My cousins Sophie and Luke and Aunt Bo and Uncle Bill came too!

Tarachas Family Thanksgiving

This year the Tarachas family celebrated Thanksgiving early. I was very sad that my Thea Georgea and my Theo Dennis couldn't be there with us, but I had a great time at my Thea Bo and Theo Bill's house. We had all the same traditional foods as the pilgrims and Indians...turkey, cranberry sauce, spanakopita, sweet pita and Greek stuffing! Everyone said the food was delicious!

4 months old!

I'm now four months old and I have finally started to gain some weight. I weigh 12 pounds and 5 ounces. I love to talk! I rolled over from my stomach to my back for the first time! I really like playdates with my friends and my exersaucer. I don't like that my mommy and daddy dressed me up in doggy jammies...wasn't Halloween last month??? I do love to play with my doggy rattle, as for my real doggy... I wish he would stop stealing my pacifier and pulling my socks off!
